The analysis includes the internal and external factors. Furthermore, in this section, we will discuss the strategic map and the EFE (external factors evaluation matrix). For the external assessment, we will evaluate the opportunities and threats. External factors are such as porter’s five forces model. After that, we will formulate SMART objectives and the tactics need to accomplish these objec tives.
